My Story
​
​​After living in LA for many years, I moved back to the SF Bay Area in 2016 to help care for my mom. During that time, I witnessed so much ill health in eldercare.
I thought to myself, "There must be a better way to live out our golden years. Could our dietary habits throughout our lives affect our health later in life?" I wanted to find out.
I researched & studied the foods that comprise a Whole Food Plant-Based diet (fruit, veggies, beans, tubers, legumes, whole grains, nuts & seeds) and compared it to the Standard American Diet (SAD) (animal products, milk, dairy, processed meats, cheese). I discovered that there is overwhelming scientific research & evidence that concludes that a Whole Food Plant-Based eating plan is in fact the best for achieving longevity and reducing chronic diseases.

As a Certified Holistic & Plant-Based Nutritionist, my goal is to show how easy plant-based eating is and how to incorporate these healthy foods into your life. We all want to live a vibrant healthy life void of disease but we need each other to stay motivated.
